Ashley Smith
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Having spent 10 years in medical device sales & 5 years as a communications coach with Own the Room, coaching c-suite executives from LinkedIn, Facebook, Delta Airlines, Google and more, my passion for communications has only increased. My awareness for voices heard & unheard have become keen & my heart extends to women who have conformed to societal expectations which have crippled their ability to choose excellence over perfection. From corporate leadership & development to shelters for women in need, I'm using my expertise & passion to help women build a strong foundation in self-confidence that radiates to all parts of their lives.

Kirsa Smith
Inspired to inspire! Staying true to oneself is inevitably hard. I found through difficult seasons in life that it didn't matter as much to me what I had or didn't have. I was blessed if I was serving others and making a difference in their lives. As one of my previous employers said to me. "I am a plethora of knowledge and have a wellspring of experience." These are in fact the gifts I often share with others. I'm also a poet, artist and a hard-working mother and wife. I choose to lead by example. Doing and being who God has called me to be.
The golden question:
If we don't treat each other with kindness, how will we ever make the world a better place?
(what I ask my children when they are disrespectful to one another)
