Each course showcases the season's finest ingredients, sourced from local farms including Rainshadow Organics and other exceptional artisans, and transformed into culinary works of art by the brilliant Chef Vanna Rasmussen and her talented team.
Every course will be expertly paired with exceptional wines and carefully selected to complement and elevate each dish. Additional wines will be available for purchase throughout the evening.

Take in the breathtaking beauty of one of Central Oregon's most treasured ranches as you experience a one-of-a-kind farm-to-table dinner beneath expansive skies and painted mountain horizons. As the evening unfolds, enjoy live music from the talented young musicians of Scandalous Chutney, alongside accomplished local artists whose melodies provide the perfect soundtrack to an extraordinary meal.
Throughout the evening, you'll also hear two remarkable stories of hope, resilience, and transformation.
Our keynote speaker is acclaimed author Sandee Jo Crocker, whose life story became one of America's most heartbreaking and widely recognized domestic violence cases. Today, she courageously shares her journey of survival, healing, and hope, reminding us that even the deepest wounds can become powerful testimonies of resilience.
We will also hear a special message from founder/director, Bruce Deel, from City of Refuge. For more than three decades, Bruce has built one of the nation's most respected models for helping women and children escape crisis, heal from trauma, and achieve lasting self-sufficiency with dignity and purpose. His inspiring words and vision will help set the stage for the future of the Ranch of Refuge and the hope we are working together to bring to Central Oregon.
