Pathways Forward Career Fair August 21st

Central Oregon Community College Tech Building

2324 SE College Loop, Redmond, OR 97756

Last year, we had the honor of hosting our first Career Fair, where 11 local employers came on-site to connect directly with women in recovery. This meaningful event met participants right where they were, offering encouragement, opportunity, and hope for a fresh start.

Many of these women are eager to build meaningful careers—but the journey can be daunting. Past experiences or justice system involvement often create barriers that don’t reflect who they are today or the dedication they bring to their future. That's why employers who offer second-chance opportunities are invaluable—they help unlock potential, restore confidence, and transform lives.

Organizations that support workforce re-entry play a powerful role in reducing recidivism, strengthening our local economy, and improving long-term recovery outcomes by offering purpose, stability, and a path forward.

This year, we are eager to partner with WorkSource Oregon to expand our footprint—helping more individuals secure meaningful employment and access inclusive opportunities.

Expanding this year’s Pathway Forward Career Fair means we get to invite more local businesses and organizations committed to inclusive hiring to take part. If your team is interested in being represented, we kindly ask that you register your organization by clicking the register now button.

Together, we can open doors and build a stronger, more compassionate workforce for all.

Elevate & Engage: A Workshop and Fundraiser Experience

This collaborative workshop equips you and your team with real-world skills to boost engagement in your workplace—and drive the outcomes you’re aiming for.

Not only will you walk away with practical tools for stronger communication and connection, but your participation also creates ripple effects beyond the office. Proceeds from this event support individuals working to overcome houselessness, addiction, domestic violence, human trafficking, and justice system involvement.

When communication is elevated and engagement is intentional, meaningful action follows—for your team and your community.
